On board a flight keep your nappy change pocket within arm’s reach

Opening the overhead locker and rifling through my hand luggage to try and find all the bits and bobs for changing my baby can be a big hassle, especially if I’m travelling on my own – negotiating a baby in one arm and overhead locker in the other is a recipe for disaster. Solution – pack a very small change pocket with at least 2 nappies, a pack of wipes, any cream you may need and a disposable nappy sack. When you first board the flight, put this packet in the seat compartment in front of you. This way it is easily accessible throughout the flight.
