In 2010 we spent some time in Dahab (Egypt) on the Red Sea. At that stage in our life we only had one child and she was just 1-year-old. Admittedly, I had initial concerns travelling to the Sinai with a baby, but it turned out to be a wondrous escape without any hardship whatsoever (and it is an experience that I intend to document and share in more detail soon).
Dahab is a small town located on the Sinai Peninsula. The rugged mountainous desert terrain that surrounds the town, combined with the vibrant blue sky and crystal blue waters of the Red Sea truly makes it a place that imprints on the memory. Here are some of my favourite photos taken in Dahab and the surrounding area, and I must credit my husband here as he was the photographer of these great memories.
